Wow, did we get lucky when we found Carlleen! We were selling a home with so many issues; one owner had passed away, the other was trying to rent it after the sale, multiple title questions, and a LOT of things to do prior to sale. Everyone - and I mean - everyone told us we wouldn't sell the house for at least a year, if we sold it at all. Even in this market. "This house is going to be impossible to sell!"
