Great Advocate!

Carla dealt with so many disagreeable situations and handled them with grace! $100k low offers, verbal offers that refused to show or do any paperwork, and new agents. She advocated for us constantly and made sure that we had the best situation that we could be in. Her team took awesome photos, the title team she works with made our closing an absolute dream (compared to the one we had to deal with for our new house …ugh), the process is a frustrating event and Carla and Brandon shined through the entire thing. This is our 3rd transaction with Carla and if I buy or sell another house, I hope Carla is available. She can bring Brandon too. :)
