Whenever we needed more information, she always had an expert in mind to get us the information. We had several difficulties with our efforts, but she was calm and persisted with us despite these. We were very pleased with her.

Carla dealt with so many disagreeable situations and handled them with grace! $100k low offers, verbal offers that refused to show or do any paperwork, and new agents. She advocated for us constantly and made sure that we had the best situation that we could be in. Her team took awesome photos, the title team she works with made our closing an absolute dream (compared to the one we had to deal with for our new house …ugh), the process is a frustrating event and Carla and Brandon shined through the entire thing. Carla showed us the homes we asked her to, we discussed each one and realized that we were looking for the wrong home. We pivoted and Carla revised our search area and filters and we found the home for us in one day. Then the real work started... Carla kept a constant pressure on the builder (spec home) to keep things moving and things to be addressed. By the time we closed, most of the things were taken care of and the builder was well aware of what they still need to do. This experience was great, I would recommend Carla and team to anyone.
