She does her research of the area which and gives you an estimate on what you might be paying for the home. As a first time homebuyer this experience was stressful, but she was available to answer any questions I had and decrease me some stress and anxiety that I had going through the process. Lastly she is very communicative with the seller’s agent and keeps you in the loop at all times. She works endlessly and makes sure you will home you need.
