Our property was not the easiest to sell - a building lot with a lot of topography, which we love but it is not simple to build upon. Carl worked with us through many issues with professionalism. This was especially important as we were across the country from the property. He was VERY prompt in his communications, and kept us informed of any developments. I doubt we will have another property to sell in his area, but if we do, he definitely will be the one we work with!!
