Carey was an absolute joy to work with. She impressed us with her aggressive approach to finding properties well in advance of official listing then working multiple courses of action in order to find the best way forward. In our case, she was the fulcrum in a negotiation that spanned three time zones (to include overseas). Despite the challenges, she was able to coordinate negotiations and administrative procedures without delay and was able to maintain the initiative despite a challenging offer process. We were especially impressed with he technical knowledge of her craft and detail oriented nature as she was able to parse between official offer documents and was able to read between the lines in technical utilities data in order to protect her clients from incorrect information. We would highly encourage any prospective homebuyer to work with her in the future.
