Candice Williams is the realtor “you want” to sell or purchase a home for you!! She is SO established, but most important, “connected” to this community. Her networking is a solid 10 rating. Her resources are endless. We definitely gave her a challenge. She was pro-active and adopted to the market and to every hiccup our house threw at her. She is diligent and communicated with us at every turn. She was a phone call or text away. She sold our home as if it were her own. I felt like I was dealing with a family friend. Being a realtor is not her job, it’s her Passion. She loves helping people and will take care of your interest.
