Hands down the absolute best realtor I have ever worked with and I have had many! Very responsive, works hard to get to your end goal, stays on top of everything throughout the whole buy/sale, she will do anything for you she possibly can and with a smile on her face!! For any real estate needs she is the ONLY option!! Thanks again Mrs Kim!!

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about our realtor! From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and always made us feel like a priority\. Buying a home can be such a stressful process, but she made everything feel so much easier and was there to answer every question we had along the way\. She genuinely cared about finding us the right home and never made us feel pressured or rushed\. We are so thankful for all of her hard work, dedication, and guidance throughout the entire process\. If you’re looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend her enough\! We are so grateful we had her by our side\! 🏡❤️

We would like to recognize Kimberly Price who was our Realtor for the recent purchase of our home. Over 3 months we engaged Kim to find a retirement home in the Jacksonville area while we were still in NJ. During the period we were under contract three times but found faults with the first two homes. With Kim’s persistence and knowledge of the area, we succeeded on the third. Her ability to quickly respond to our needs, both locally and remotely, allowed us to be comfortable without being continually in the area. Kim also engaged some very capable and cooperative professionals in the industry for inspections, title work and coordination. The collective efforts provided for a smooth transaction with reduced stress and uncertainty. We cannot be more complementary of Kim’s efforts, knowledge and thoughtfulness. Kim is highly recommended for your real estate needs.
