Candice brings excellence and professionalism while communicating well and expressing concern for her clients and their interests. My only regret is that I don't have another house to buy and get to work with Candice again.
Candice is knowledgeable, patient, hard working, organized, honest, and professional. But what differentiates her is that she frequently goes beyond what is expected of her. We worked with her team to sell our house, when we had difference in opinion, she always listen to us and provide honest and logical feedback. She never made us feel unreasonable and always makes time for us. She is responsive and we always feel heard and taken care of. After our house was sold, she came to help us clean out the house; I'm pretty sure that wasn't in the sales contract or home listing agreement. If you're looking for an agent that is capable, efficient, follows though and treat you like family, you should work with Candice. By the way, although Candice is nice, she's no push over and doesn't shy away from advocating for her clients. Looking forward to working with her again in the future.
