They could not stop raving about her, and my mom even said she missed her calls and texts with Candice after the sale was complete. Candice was so quick to respond to our inquiry for her assistance, and she got started right away. She walked us through the entire process, recommended a wonderful mortgage broker, and advised us on all of the inspectors and appraisers to hire. We were pleased with every single recommendation. She worked behind-the-scenes with the selling agent to make sure they understood our motivations for wanting to buy the home and preserve our neighborhood for future generations, and as a future home for our family members. Retiring from your job, selling your house of 28 years and buying a new house out of state to a new community is really a very stressful thing, that is for me. Hello! Come one, come all. Yes, you over there, the one reading my review. Your search is now over because you, sir or madam, have now found the best real estate agent you could have asked for. When you google, "What qualities should I look for in a real estate agent?" it should just pull up her picture. She has excellent communication skills, solves problems, great availability, negotiation skills, and market knowledge. Most importantly, though, she has integrity. I think one of the things we worry about most when we have to find someone to represent us is the question of, "Can I trust this person with my future and my family?". As her client, you'll know that she always wants what is best for you and your family. It's not about the quick sale and shoving you towards any property. It's about talking with you to get a sense of what area you want to live in, are schools important to you, what part of the house you place more priority on, etc. And then it's about finding what you want that you can afford based on the criteria that you provided. Going through all the specific examples of every role that a real estate agent must fulfill would take way too long, and that is why I highlighted a specific example. The gist of it is that she is an excellent realtor that you can trust.
