Candice is an awesome realtor. Very professional and knowledgeable. She will put your interest at heart. Me and my husband strongly believe that we got the house because she did her best to convince the listing agent to give us a chance to put an offer for consideration as there were already many strong offers for this house. Candice and Nathalie (lender) worked way after office hours to prepare our offer and it was submitted the same evening. We just got our house recently with the help of our best realtor Candice Uy!  Why Candice is the best?  She is very helpful, patient, approachable transparent, not pushy, enthusiastic, knowledgeable of her work  and most of all, she's like my sister that you can easily get along with!
