Candice helped us purchase a home in February 2014. She was very personable and professional. We lived out of state and were looking for a retirement home. We found her to be very knowledgeable about the area. She did not try to push a purchase on us; she was very patient and kind. We would let her know when we were going to be in town and she would set up showings for us. She always responded to calls and emails in a very timely manner and always made herself available when we were in town. My husband passed in 2019 and I decided this year (2021) to sell the house so I could move back closer to my children and grandchildren. I contacted Candice and she came to the house within a day. She got all the info, listed it the same day and it sold within a day. I would highly recommend Candice. She has the best interest of her client in mind whether it is buying or selling.

Poor communication. Doesn't make you a priority. We took the pictures and wrote the description. Had us set up to meet clients and inspectors. Difficult to get a hold of and rarely returned calls or texts. We buy and sell lots of homes and this realtor was the worst experience we have had.
