I checked other reviews before contacting Candace.I live a thousand miles away and had to put my trust in a stranger.I talked to her for quite a while to decide if we could do business from afar.She has the local knowledge and experience and I became convinced she was going to get it done.She handled everything that was necessary and kept me informed would certainly recommend her HIGHLY.A nice Lady.

Candice has the ability to understand and hear your concerns inorder to sell your property. I had a few concerns, Candice was able to make a plan for my property. We stuck to the plan with our two way communication during the sale. It worked out exactly as we planned. Candice is a very positive and realistic person with integrity and I noticed that about her the first time that we talked. My whole experience with Candice has been based on honesty. My experience with my realtor was absolutely horrible. She was rude, condescending, mean, cruel, and absolutely crude. She yelled at my husband and myself when we asked her questions. She left me unprofessional voice mails and text messages. She was never on my side nor did she have my back in any situation or issue with the sale of the house. She was completely obvious to her negative attitude and her terrible affliction on my family. I was in complete awe of how rude and unprofessional she was in every way and shape. I would give her a negative star rating, but one is the lowest that I can give her. She should never work with the public and I would advise you to never hire her to work with you in the dealing of the sale of your home. Honestly, I had to do the majority of work in the sale of my house and I did not in any way rely on her for help. She absolutely never assisted us at all. Everything was left up to us to understand and learn on our own because she never helped us with our paperwork or explained our paperwork to us so that we could understand it and fill it out in a timely manner. I had to research the selling of a house online because every single time we asked her a question, she yelled at us and acted completely condescending to us. She was mean to my pets and made rude comments about my schooling and my intelligence when I asked questions about the selling of my home because I was unfamiliar with real estate and the laws that go along with the real estate service. I was so happy to get away from her, but she continued to harass my family with issues with my house even after the house was sold and my family had moved out of town. She finally stopped speaking with me and text messaging me every single solitary day about a month after the house was sold. I will never deal with her ever again. I will never deal with her company again because when I did complain about her, they did absolutely nothing.
My mother died March 2022. The Will left everything to my neice/step sister (YES!) She did NOTHING at all, including not calling the mortgage company! She fired the first realtor and got Candice off a general website. When Candice got it, she discovered that I was on a beneficiary deed, owning half the house. My relative refused to tell me (Lied, as she's pathogical), so Candice called me! At that point, selling the house became a horror story! My relative moved into it (As they're freeloaders!) and would not keep the house clean. Buyers would come and they either refused to let them in, or the house was filthy and smelled of urine (She had two cats & a puppy too!). Realtors walked in and walked back out, with people, because it was filthy and smelled! It was a complete 💩show, as I live outside Cincinnati, Oh.! Candice had to literally take the 'bull by the horns' to make my relative act maturally so we could sell it. My relative took every step to sabotage everything we did to sell it. She wouldn't let Candice in the house! I think my relative wanted to stay there, for free, with me paying the mortgage, etc. My relative even purposely missed a deadline for the buyer who wanted the house! Candice smoothed it over, and after a few more intentional screwups by them, had the house sold! Candice was actually, literally, a GODSEND! SERIOUSLY! I'm 74 years old, and I have never ever seen one person put up with more abuse, hatefulness and utter craziness, from my relative, and STILL hung in there, to get the job done, as Candice did! I don't think I could've had it sold if she hadn't been our realtor! And what I've written here was just the TIP of the iceberg, as it was a complete headache, from the other half-owner, almost everyday, from August until it was sold this month. Candice: I cannot thank you enough for your dedication and perseverance through this terribly craziness of just selling a house. You gave 10,000%! GOD bless there are still people like you!
Candice was an amazing agent never met her personally but over the phone very responsive got back to my husband and I in a timely manner and made our process seamless I would recommend her to anybody who is looking to sell or purchase property thank you Candice for making this transaction seamless
