We first met Candace when she showed us a house she had listed. We were from out of town looking at houses after hurricane Irma. We instantly clicked with her, and she took us to see a few houses the first days. Well the first days turned into 5 years looking for a house, not the fault of hers, but our situation and then the economy and the real estate market being all out of whack. She stuck with us without fail, acting as our buyers agent for the whole time. She is VERY knowledgeable about the Central Florida area as she was born and grew up here. She was able to pull up information we ourselves could not find about the houses we were interested in. Some of that information saved us from making some bad decisions. If she didn't pull information from the computer the knowledge she has about the area helped us make good decisions. Finally, we saw a house that came on the market that fit almost all of our requirements. Candace was available immediately and was able to secure us a looksee for the very next day. Her quick response enabled us to be the first to put an offer on the house and we made the purchase.
