This goal oriented and 3rd Generation Realtor is serving the Central Florida area. A native Floridian, raised in and still calling Lake County my home. Brought up with a strong work ethic and family values, this mother of three is ready to take my vast knowledge of the region and put it to work for you. With a professional background of over 30 years in sales, marketing and research, and the title industry, your property will be in great hands with me. With my strong work ethic I will be constantly gaining knowledge on the up and coming areas of Lake County to better advise you on your property. Always trying to stay educated and better myself, this avid fitness junkie loves running and my goals are to get you, the customer, the best deal I can for your home.

Top Producer EVERY year since 2003. Buying or Selling your House, Farm or Land, Quit Horsin' Around and just call me!

It would be my pleasure to help you sell your property or possibly find your dream home here in Lake county and the surrounding area. Over the years, I have listed and sold many properties all over Lake, Sumter and Marion Counties. My goal with each property is to have it sold within 120 days or less. I also enjoy working with buyers and helping them find that perfect property to fit their needs, and help them navigate the mortgage process alongside lenders. Along with my expertise, you also receive the service commitment and tools that the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Realty’s franchise has won numerous awards for over the years. I am very proud to be a part of over 40 offices here in Florida and over 1300 offices nationwide in the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services network. I am a Lake County Native, born and raised in Leesburg. I began my real estate career in 2003 after many years of both retail business and the cut foliage business. I have been with the same brokerage since I became licensed. I truly enjoy working with my long time colleagues. The team atmosphere is truly amazing. I am married to my husband, Joe. I have twin Daughters, Ashley and Lindsey, a step son Seth, Daughter in Law, Nicole, two granddaughters, Lorelai and Caroline, and two spoiled rotten Siberian huskies, Glacier and Willow, who are now my children since all of my children are grown and on their own. Please feel free to give me a call sometime if you are looking to sell your home or purchase a new home. My cell phone number is 352-408-6954. I look forward to hearing from you! Candace VanWaes
