We really enjoyed working with Cameron! He was patient with our process (and our process was long). We never felt pressure to decide one way or another on a house, and he was a good advocate for us when we finally started bidding. He knows the Bay Area well and he is easy to talk to and always accessible. We would highly recommend him!

Working with Cameron was absolutely amazing! We were, to be entirely honest, quite lost when it came to all of the tasks necessary to sell our house. Cameron worked with us from the initial steps of prepping our house for showings to helping us all the way through papers being signed. Cameron suggested to us multiple people to help us along the way, including independent contractors and professional stagers, and all of their help was incredibly appreciated. Our house ended up selling for a great price, which we were more than happy with, and Cameron was incredibly clear and thorough throughout the process of relaying potential buyer info to us. Beyond his professional help, Cameron is an incredibly nice and warm person, which helps immensely during the stressful experience of selling a home. We don't plan on moving again anytime soon, but if we do, we will use Cameron again in a heartbeat!

Cameron is a wonderful realtor. He was responsive, communicative, and always friendly throughout our housing search, and he always made time to check out homes we were interested in touring. As first time home buyers, we had a ton of questions and he made us feel taken care of and helped educate us on the Oakland market (and even got into every crawl space with us to check out the condition of the home and point out what we should be looking for!). He sent us sample inspection reports and contracts so that we could get a sense of what to expect when we were ready to make an offer. When we found our dream home, Cameron helped us put together a competitive offer and worked closely with the seller’s agent, which helped us beat out five other offers. Cameron’s guidance was instrumental throughout every phase of the buying process, and since we’ve moved in he’s been a great resource for helping us find a plumber, electrician, etc. Highly recommend working with Cameron if you’re looking for a home in the Bay Area!
