Calvin Mark

I started working with Calvin in November 2020 in order to find a house in Seattle area. His knowledge of the market was beyond my expectations -- adapting to different neighborhoods as my search domain changed week by week. He was great at organizing tours on days and at hours that was convenient for me, and he would give me great tips while checking each house. He would share his experience on different topics including what makes an offer stand out and what measure shall one take to up their chances of getting their offer accepted. All of these were extra helpful to me as a first time home buyer almost completely unfamiliar with the market in Seattle area. When it actually came to doing the paperwork and tasks pre-closing, he was as helpful as beofre by giving me comprehensive explanations about the process. All in all, I had a pleasurable time working and touring with Calvin.

Calvin and Tami were extremely valuable to my home buying process. As a first-time home buyer with most of my family overseas, I felt a lot more comfortable with Calvin and Tami by my side. They were not only knowledgeable about the market and the houses, but they were also very friendly, approachable and relatable. I had a lot of questions. They answered all of them with clarity and details, and they even went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the bigger picture. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them, and I will for sure reach out again when I have future needs!
