Our first meeting just set the tone for working together. Callie was extemely personable, professional and excited about helping us with our sale. She took time to explain what to expect during the process. She presented the process in a profession well laid out plan and answered all of our question. I think our choice to have Callie at United Country-Sauk Valley was our best choice.
Callie is an old soul with a modern approach when it comes to realty. That’s how I would describe her. She knows WAY too much (don’t let her youth fool you) and if there’s a hiccup along the way, this girl gets clever; She always turns what seems like a dead end into a T-intersection, where now options are presented and you’re back in control! She’s straight up gifted and her optimism is through the roof. There were times that I cried because this process can be SO OVERWHELMING 😩, and other times I simply wanted to because things seemed like they were going to go south for one reason or another. Callie and her positivity kept me hinged… she always had a creative solution up her sleeve. Throughout the years and my multiple sales/purchases and friendship with Callie, I’ve reached out to her for recommendations from painters and drywall “guys” to tree services, plumbers and lawn care experts. She, literally, has all the answers. I love her and you will, too. This girl changes lives. She’s an absolute anomaly.

Callie and I searched for my home for over a year and she was always on top of sending me homes she thought I'd like. She got to know me, what I was looking for, my must haves, my price ranges, and was extremely helpful during the entire process. She is also very knowledgeable in not only selling homes, but other areas related to inspections, things to look for that I didn't necessarily think of, great areas around town, etc. She was quick in every part of the process and very responsive. This was my first time buying a home, which was exciting and nerveracking. I am so grateful that I had an amazing realtor who was so patient, understanding and helpful. I felt comfortable talking with her and loved the fact that I could ask anything, and if she didnt have the answer she'd point me in the right direction or look into it for me. Callie was super easy to talk to about any issue that I had. She’s a very genuine person so you can speak your mind to her and very welcoming. We ran into some hiccups throughout closing but she was helpful in getting those issues that came up resolved and messaged and called me multiple times to check up and make sure everything was fine.
