I would 100% recommend Callie. She was always able to get information on anything we asked including recommendations for inspections, repairs, anything needed. Quick responses and always happy to help explain anything I didn't know with great detail. She made our first time house buying a simple easy process!

Recently was tasked with selling my father’s house. Calli Gottenmoller was invaluable in that process. Prior to sale the house needed some repairs and a deep cleaning. I do not live in the Rock Falls area so I needed suggestions. Calli was able to recommend local companies that did a very good job. Dad was in assisted living when the process started. Calli was patient and gracious as we kept Dad involved. Dad passed before the process was complete. She helped facilitate a smooth transition to my brother and I being the sellers. Calli was pleasant, professional and most importantly helpful.

Our first meeting just set the tone for working together. Callie was extemely personable, professional and excited about helping us with our sale. She took time to explain what to expect during the process. She presented the process in a profession well laid out plan and answered all of our question. I think our choice to have Callie at United Country-Sauk Valley was our best choice.
Callie is an old soul with a modern approach when it comes to realty. That’s how I would describe her. She knows WAY too much (don’t let her youth fool you) and if there’s a hiccup along the way, this girl gets clever; She always turns what seems like a dead end into a T-intersection, where now options are presented and you’re back in control! She’s straight up gifted and her optimism is through the roof. There were times that I cried because this process can be SO OVERWHELMING 😩, and other times I simply wanted to because things seemed like they were going to go south for one reason or another. Callie and her positivity kept me hinged… she always had a creative solution up her sleeve. Throughout the years and my multiple sales/purchases and friendship with Callie, I’ve reached out to her for recommendations from painters and drywall “guys” to tree services, plumbers and lawn care experts. She, literally, has all the answers. I love her and you will, too. This girl changes lives. She’s an absolute anomaly.
