Callie is just amazing. Her communication and keeping me up to speed with everything comes so naturally to her. She isnt the agent that just sits back and waits for clients or homes to come to her. And she doesnt just drop you or give half hearted replied when she knows the check is coming. She absolutely is such a caring, sweet, kind person and I am so glad I found her! She will be my go-to!!! You wont regret working with her. She is just the best. Hands down.

i just have to start out by saying that callie is/was phenomenal during the process of trying to buy our dream country house. she never complained one bit, even if at times we might’ve wasted her time (haha). she responded to messages no matter the time or day, which helped us, cause we tended to forget to ask things if we didn’t ask right away. she helped us understand the process of trying to sell a house & buy a house. i can’t even imagine all the back work she had to do for us! it felt easy for us, which i feel like is saying something. i’d recommend her for anything!

From the very beginning she listened to our situation and gave us what we felt was an accurate assessment of our property. She kept in constant contact and handled the process very professionally and competently. She coordinated every bit of it from start to finish and made what seemed like it was going to be a challenge, very easy for us. Most of all she was honest throughout the whole process. If you need a realtor in the Sauk Valley area, this is the one.

Callie was willing to show me the houses I chose. If she found some I might be interested in, she let me know so I could make arrangements to be here. If there was an offer made before I could get here to view, she let me know right away. She never pushed me into anything. She told me she wanted me to be happy with my choice. If I had questions, she always answered to the best of her knowledge. She even gave me references for any repairs, plumbing,etc. since I am new to this area.

Callie was excellent!! She was great at communicating with me throughout the whole process and was extremely professional. She made the whole process much easier than I expected and significantly less stressful. Cannot recommend her more!!

Believe me when I say I had at least a dozen local realtors who tramped through my house with no regard for basic consideration to my home. It showed me how bad it really is with realtors. Callie went to my house more than a dozen times to correct their inconsideration, without hesitation.
