Caleb was great. He never took more than a day -- in fact, I don't think he ever took more than an hour or two -- to respond to calls/texts. He did a fantastic job of finding homes that were a good fit and setting up tours quickly. He negotiated for the best terms I had any right to hope for. And, finally, he's a nice, friendly, guy. I would recommend him to anyone and have no complaints.
Only good things to say about Caleb! I was quickly able to relax and trust that Caleb knew my priorities and would be on top of locating homes that fit my criteria. He was an excellent advocate. Smooth sailing (and such a cool gift after the closing!)
