High Praise for Carolyn Brown!

I must first state that Carolyn (Cal) was truly professional throughout the entire process. We felt very comfortable with her from our initial phone interactions through to the closing. Cal has a calm demeanor, which we feel is important as home shopping and buying can be an emotional roller coaster. Although she presents in a calm manner, she was a strong, and professional advocate for us when it came to writing the contract, and the subsequent negotiations. She and her team were all very easy to work with. She really listened to what we needed, wanted and most importantly to the price we wanted to pay. She showed us homes in the St. Augustine and Palm Coast area. We were out of state home hunters, and when we flew in, we had limited time. Cal and Luis worked with us to show us as many homes as possible that fit our criteria. Luis took the time to get to know us and what was important to us has homebuyers. We did not know the market, but Cal did and was able to help us determine if a property was listed at a fair market price. After we left on a Sunday, a new listing came onto the market the following Tuesday, Luis called us with what seemed like the perfect home for us. We flew back down on Wednesday, as houses are selling so quickly, and I am happy to say I am writing this review from our lovely home in Palm Coast, Florida. Both my husband and I highly recommend Carolyn, Luis and the rest of her team. We have referred her to some friends who had very specific criteria for the home and location they were looking for, and she was able to also help them find their dream home in the Palm Coast area.
