If I could give Caitlin 100 stars I would. She spent months looking at houses with my husband and I. If we had a question she responded immediately. If we asked about something she wasn't sure about, she did her research and got back to us as soon as she had an answer. We never had to hound her or send multiple emails in order to get a response from her. She looked out for our best interests throughout the entire process. She was always honest with us. We never felt like she was giving us advise just to close a deal. She really wants to please her clients and make sure they find a home that meets their needs. Caitlin is a true professional in the way she handled the sale of the house. My mom's house is in New Jersey and I live in Florida. As an out of state seller, she made the process for me a lot simpler than I had imagined it would be. Putting my mom in a nursing home was really stressful and I thought selling the house would be a nightmare. Caitlin went out of her way to make sure that things like inspections and paperwork got handled promptly and all my questions were answered completely. She was great to work with and I would recommend her to anyone.

Caitlin was very knowledgeable with the real estate market in the area and extremely helpful in all of the house closing process.
