Caitlin helped us sell our house AND helped us find our new home. We were looking for a specific type of home (ranch) in a nice quite neighborhood and the 2nd home she showed us was "IT". After the sudden passing of my mother a friend recommended Caitlin to me. I reached out to her to discuss the situation where I needed to urgently sell my mothers home. I could not afford the upkeep and or taxes that would be due on the property. With Caitlin being located in Sparta she was still willing to come down and speak with me. She went through the whole process and explain it in detail, what would be done, what needed to be done and what will transpire.
