After the sudden passing of my mother a friend recommended Caitlin to me. I reached out to her to discuss the situation where I needed to urgently sell my mothers home. If I could give Caitlin 100 stars I would. She spent months looking at houses with my husband and I. If we had a question she responded immediately. If we asked about something she wasn't sure about, she did her research and got back to us as soon as she had an answer. We never had to hound her or send multiple emails in order to get a response from her. She looked out for our best interests throughout the entire process. She was always honest with us. Caitlin is a true professional in the way she handled the sale of the house. My mom's house is in New Jersey and I live in Florida. As an out of state seller, she made the process for me a lot simpler than I had imagined it would be.
