Just an awesome person/Realtor that works with passion doing what she loves. It was so obvious with the amazing professionalism, always informative, and knew the next step to take, amazing multitasker! Super satisfied with all of Caitlin‘s hard work.
I would recommend Caitlin to all of family and friends who are looking to sell their homes. She has a wonderful team behind her too. There should be more professional and compassionate and knowledgeable agents like Caitlin.
We worked with Caitlin on both the purchase and sale of the same property. Both times she went above and beyond to help us through this process and made sure everything was moving along so that we never had to reschedule a closing. In the interim we got to know her and her family and are happy to call her a friend. With the latest sale of our home in Sparta she was the consummate professional and advised us on the sale price and conditions of the market. She did a wondeful job getting appointments lined up and scheduling the open house as soon as the property went on the market. The open house was a huge success and within 3 days we had multiple offers. Once we accepted an offer, she did everything in her power to keep both us (sellers) and her buyers happy and coordinated so that we never skipped a beat. I would whole heartedly recommend Caitlin as an agent.
We have relied on Caity's experience and professionalism on multiple occasions both buying and selling properties. From start to completion of the transaction, Caity will work with you to make sure you understand every step along the way. She will be in constant communication to ensure the transaction moves along smoothly and in a timely manner. If you are buying, she will work with you to determine exactly what you are looking for in a home and then research available properties to find those which match your needs and budget. If you are selling, Caity utilizes the latest media platforms to best advertise your property to as many potential buyers as possible. She will work with you to price your home fairly and will also keep you updated with offers as they are received. Whether buying or selling, Caity will ensure you have enough information to make an educated decision, but will never pressure you. If you are looking for knowledge, experience, attention to detail and most importantly professionalism, look no further than Caity for your real estate needs.

We have had Caitlin represent us on 3 separate occasions (selling and purchasing) and each transaction was flawless and completed in a timely manner. This was due to her fast responsiveness and knowledge of each and every step of the process. When we had questions, Caitlin would be sure to reply quickly with an answer. She would keep us updated as the purchase/sale progressed so we were always aware of how things were moving along. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough are what you'll find when working with Caitlin. We won't hesitate to have her represent us again and will be sure to recommend her services to others.
This is my second time working with Caitlin and both times she was outstanding. She is always available to answer questions or help any way she can. She is very knowledgeable and that made selling my first home much easier. I would recommend her to friends and family any day!

My husband and I cannot say enough words how pleased we were with our experience with Caitlin. We were first-time homebuyers and had met Caitlin at one of the first open houses we had gone to when we had started our house search and we hadn't established an agent yet. We were so fortunate to have met her at that open house because everything was the least stressful as possible from there. Our questions never went unanswered for more than 30 minutes, even in the late hours of the evening. Scheduling showings and meeting up with her was so easy, despite my husband and my hectic schedules. She also advocated for us in the toughest times of helping us get our first home - we always felt like she was doing everything in her power to get us what we had wanted. Nothing but positive things to say about Caitlin!
Caitlin was very knowledgeable about the market as well as all of the behind the scenes information that buyers do not understand in the beginning, in which she explained perfectly. She was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend using her!
