Ada County Idaho is in a difficult spot for real estate. The dramatic increase in interest rates have been hard on property values. We purchased a unit near the top of the market. When it came time to sell we were concerned about the potential for a loss resulting from a lower sales price than what we paid. In hot real estate markets it is easy for any agent to turn a profit for the seller. In depressed markets only the skilled realtors can come through for their seller. Caitlin does that. She has an amazing breadth of knowledge, is highly intelligent, has an amazing work ethic, and was able to guide us through the process. Caitlin had shown us several homes that allowed her to see what we were looking for. Each home we looked at appeared to get closer to what we wanted. The home we purchased had only gone the market that morning and she contacted us early in the day. We made a morning appointment to see the property and after we conferred with each other, made an offer that afternoon at the listed price. The seller decided to sell pending inspection results. There were a few things that needed attention and Caitlin was able to negotiate a discount equal to one half of the carpet replacement. Things went very smooth with our financing and Caitlin walked us through all the step we needed to complete the transaction. Would do it again!!
