We interviewed several agents to help us help our daughter and new husband find a home In the Ventura or Santa Barbara area. We chose Caitlin because we quickly realized she had an incredible knowledge of the Ventura and Santa Barbara real estate markets. John is working with us to put together agreements that will assist our family that will have co-ownership in our newly acquired home. Bottom line is I would have been hard pressed to obtain the home without Caitlin’s hard work and John Thyne is now following through by helping put together important agreements reflecting our co-ownership situation.
