Byron Did a Great Job for Us

We moved from Florid's west coast after Hurricane Ian. We had visited St. Augustine a fee times, but didn't know it well. Byron showed us different kinds of neighborhoods in different parts of St. Augustine to help acclimate us. He learned from each house he showed us that wasn't quite what we were looking for and stuck with us. He communicated clearly and frequently by phone, text, and email which was important as we were trying to buy a house in St. Augustine while living on the other side of the state. He also helped us work through a successful offer and everything after until we moved into our house. Byron is friendly and easy to work with. We highly recommend him.
