We moved from Florid's west coast after Hurricane Ian. We had visited St. Augustine a fee times, but didn't know it well. He learned from each house he showed us that wasn't quite what we were looking for and stuck with us. He communicated clearly and frequently by phone, text, and email which was important as we were trying to buy a house in St. Augustine while living on the other side of the state.
