My wife and I have purchased and sold many homes during our lifetime. We originally reached out to Byron Garber to see one of his listings in Satsuma, but he was able to schedule viewings of seven properties during our two day marathon. After much patience and answering numerous questions from him, we eventually narrowed our decision to a property in Interlachen which was our preferred location. We made the final contract approval at the end of January and Byron arranged for us to close on February 6th. The home was not in perfect condition, but thanks to the inspections we were satisfied that it was perfect for us.
