I don't know where 2 begin. This is the God's honest truth. If you ever seen the movie Jerry McGuire and his he dedicated himself to one client, that's Bryan. I have tears in my eyes right now because I have a laptop and I don't use it that often. Bryan kind of knew it in his spirit , he came over and showed me how to use it. I'm old enough 2 be his Mom, a first time buyer and I was scared as heck. God has blessed me w/a discerning spirit. In layman's terms that means I can read people really well. Bryan helped my husband and I purchase our first property, a two bedroom condo in Lake Forest. We found him to be very professional as well as easy to get along, and work with. All texts and emails were replied to typically within 5 minutes. If our questions required him to contact other agents, HOA's, Insurance or anything else he would normally reply same day. He made every effort to show us every property as quickly as possible, even arranging for his broker to show us one potential while he was on another appointment. The first property we put an offer on led us down a hard full week of negotiations, offers and counter-offers. Bryan is a professional person who is dedicated to manage the transition to proceed smoothly . Even though the seller had many issues but he managed the transition to be reasonable and acceptable .
