We met Bryan through a search of homes on Zillow. We only saw a couple of houses 1 day, but he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He was also very responsive and quickly provided other properties that may be of interest to us.

Bryan is very responsive and always has his client's best interests at heart. He answered every questioned we had no matter what time of day or night it was, and gave us great advice when asked. He was able to schedule walkthroughs on any home we ask to see and provided other listing that really aligned with what we were looking for. As soon as we found the house we wanted to call home, he kept on track with important deadlines to meet as well as kept us updated on the escrow process on his end (which was a very nice touch). I'm not sure how I met Bryan along the way but I was trying to qualify for a house and he kept checking in on me until my loan qualifications were met and we were ready to go. When I found the perfect house he went in strong and we ended up with all closing costs covered and a reduction of 5k in price. I'm almost sad I found a house because we will miss his presence.
