Where do we start in reviewing Bryan and his RE services… We have been looking for about a year now. Bryan showed and wrote offers on an exorbitant number of homes, but in this crazy market they all got close but not accepted. Decided to take a break and try again recently. And we finally got our offer accepted and closed escrow today! He was incredibly creative, as you have to be in this market, he was patient, easy going and super knowledgeable! And believe me we asked a lot of questions, and needed a lot of hand holding since this is our first investment property. Not only does he have a lot of experience himself, but has formed a very knowledgeable team consisting of lenders, escrow people and assistants.
