Our experience working with Bryan and Susan was great. Knowledgeable team, responsive to questions, and flexible. The professional relationship from the beginning felt very comfortable and familiar. Bryan explained the whole process of buying and selling homes from both perspectives (agent and client) so there were no unanswered questions or misunderstandings. From the very first meeting we felt comfortable with Bryan and Susan. What we like about the team was how much preparation, area research and detailed representation was provided. They helped us buy a house, site unseen, while we were in Europe (that is how much trust we had in them) and sold our existing house while we were in a different state. All went very well and smooth.
