I highly recommend Bruce Simon to anybody looking for a realtor. His professionalism, integrity, knowledge, and kindness are truly five star. I enlisted Bruce's help on the referral of my cousin who has utilized his services for several real estate transactions. Nothing about my situation was typical, as I was selling my mother's house while living in Florida. Although it is a modest home being sold by an out of state owner Bruce approached the sale as if it were going to be an easy, breezy no worries situation-and rightfully so. I cannot express how much of a relief it was to me knowing I had a truly professional realtor working on my behalf. Bruce's communication skills and considerations are also 5 star. I would often text with questions or concerns well after business hours not expecting an immediate response but was pleasantly surprised when I recieved one. Bruce always made himself available to address my concerns, and was also very proactive in his approach to helping me take care of business. His considerations to me and my family truly made ALL the difference throughtout the entire process. His honest assessment and proper marketing got the house sold for a very fair price (better than I had hoped) in an expedited manner. I am no stranger to real estate having been throughly involved in the sales and purchasing of properties in the past. I have dealt with a broad spectrum of realty professionals and Bruce absolutely deserves recognition for being an all around great realtor and all around great guy.
