Bruce is so experienced and knowledgeable. He knew what items would be attractive to potential buyers. He listened to us as we talked about the things that were important to us that we wished to have passed on to potential buyers. He set up an open house the first weekend the house was on the market and we had a potential buyer that day. You can count on Bruce to be your advocate on money matters and negotiate the best deal. He worked well with the buyers agent and communicated with us regarding every detail that was discussed. Three siblings were selling this house with three different opinions but he balanced it all with courtesy, grace and a great sense of humor. Bruce is the "real deal". He is always professional and courteous. I think he's the best realtor you could get when you are selling or buying a house.

Bruce was very experienced, honest, and helpful. Knew all the questions to ask about the property that I wouldn't think of. He also guided me to a very reputable lender and the right people for the inspections needed and recommended, and took the burden off of me taking time off work to meet with these people on my behalf.
