Speechless, Brooke definitely dropped the mic 🎤! Brooke was extremely talented and super professional and passionate. I have been working with her for over 4 years. And this year with definitely my year! Brooke made it happen and never gave up on me. I’m super grateful that she stuck by me every time I give up. She is super patient, understanding and most of professional, funny and intelligent. Housing shopping was interesting, stressful and crazy. But with Brooke she really took the time to understand and listen. She has quick responses to text/calls and emails. This time was super FAST! From getting pre-approved, under contract and sold. Her team was a solid one. A bittersweet, break-up. 😂 Thank you so much for everything! I am super grateful to have you apart of this journey with me (and Steven).

Brooke is truly amazing at her job and an extraordinary person. Brooke and I have been working together for three years in finding a house to make my forever home. As a teacher Brooke understood my budget and my wants in a house. She has worked tirelessly to ensure that I was able to see any house I ever wanted. Brooke will always pick up the phone and help you understand all the steps in buying a home. I honestly cannot put into words the length Brooke will go through in helping you get a home. My most impressed moment with Brooke was her ability to work through a holiday party she was hosting. We were surrounded by her family and loved ones and she still got me under contract for my current home! Her ability to take time and effetely communicate with others is unbelievably impressive. She is truly the best at her job. I love her creativity in finding ways to have me stand out as a buyer and makes me competitive as a seller of my condo. Brooke is a creative problem solver and outside the box thinking. She goes out of her way to always improve herself, so she is able to provide the best information for her clients. I could not recommend her more.

Brooke was a joy to work with- she came highly recommended by my daughter, who had an equally great experience with her in a very tough real estate market at the time. She was so responsive, which was so appreciated since we were both pretty stressed after driving 1800 miles from North Carolina. She would book showings on our schedule, even arrange multiple showings for us. Brooke showed her knowledge of home construction often, pointing out the positive (and negative) features in homes. I would recommend Brooke to anyone looking for a realtor that will be on your side through the whole process of home buying. She is an absolute pleasure to work with!
