Brooke was an amazing agent! We were a difficult case because my husband and I had pretty opposite requirements. She met this challenge head on and ultimately found us a house that caters to both of our needs with very few exceptions! We are now happy homeowners and feel like we have a new friend in Brooke! :)

Brooke was so patient with us during the buying process. We moved from out of state and had no knowledge of the area we were moving to. In addition to not knowing the area, the logistics of an out of state move are extremely difficult to figure out. Brooke helped with every hurdle that popped up along the way. All of my questions were answered promptly and with kindness. Thanks to Brooke, we were able to make the best decisions for our family and circumstances. Now we are happy and comfortable in our new home!

Then with incredible patience, Brooke helped me navigate several snags which ultimately ended up requiring several months of waiting to finally close. Along the way she was so kind, caring, attentive, and ready to help in whatever way she could, even offering to open the home for me multiple times so I could remember the beauty in the place.
