We've now bought two houses with Brooke over the course of 3 years. Both of the purchases required a lot of trust in her knowledge of the market. We aren't the easiest couple to figure out when it comes to narrowing down our likes and dislikes with certain houses. Brooke was extremely (EXTREMELY!) patient with us as we shopped around for months. Big thanks to her for getting some awesome offers on our first house and being straight and honest with us about selling as we dragged our feet. She's set us up very nicely in our second home for our growing family. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again and would highly recommend her to everybody!
