Brock Hanson

Brock brings a diverse skillset to the table. He is an aerospace engineer which allows him to provide insightful advice on home foundations and infrastructure. Brock was prompt in adjusting his schedule to meet our needs. He also has lived through tough times in real estate so he could give us good perspective on risk levels for each home we toured. Lastly, his kind demeanor made it easy to ask questions throughout the process without feeling dumb. I would highly recoomend and attribute our success in finding a home to Brock! My husband and I are first time home buyers and we were intimidated by entering the competitive CO market. Brock made it SO easy! He was able to explain the nuances of what to look for when buying a home and how to make our offer more competitive. He was also extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help us buy a home we would love. Another great thing about Brock in particular is he has a great eye for remodeling and what you can do with a space ( we knew we would probably need to buy a fixer upper to some extent). At the end of the day Brock helped us buy a home we’re excited about, in a neighborhood we love, and within our budget. He made what can be scary process very easy and enjoyable. We even needed up with some equity going into our home on closing day! I wouldn’t want to do this process with anyone else!

It's pretty safe to say I have always been a realtor skeptic. I didn't see the value of paying someone to sell something that so many people want to buy.
