She did a great job in helping us purchase our home for a family of 6 with some serious needs in a tight market. Always ready to help, answer questions, give recommendations and even setup contractor help for quotes or service. She made it easy for us and we can't thank her enough for all the help and support!

Brittny was amazing throughout the entire home search and purchase process. She has an incredible knowledge of the areas where we were looking and provided much needed guidance and input as we sought to purchase in the South Bay. And when it came to getting more intel on properties we liked or that were coming online, she was quick to action in texting and calling selling agents to get the scoop. She seemed to know everyone! She is patient and honest and she never got frustrated despite an 18-month search process in which our idea of the "perfect home" changed multiple times. When we did finally find the "one" Brittny was right on it and we were able to get the house at asking and avoid the usual bidding wars. During the escrow and closing process, she played an integral role mediating between us, the lender, escrow, and the sellers. Brittny was the linchpin in our (wife and I) recent home purchase! Her real estate network and local knowledge was critical to have our offer accepted especially in LA's South Bay housing market where the inventory is currently very low and competitive. We had submitted five offers for other houses prior but none were selected due to the current competitive housing market.
