Very knowledgeable and a true Gentleman
My wife and I have put a lot of trust in Briggs. We have come to consider him a friend. He is someone who went above and beyond to help an older couple have a seamless transaction and advocate for us. He never made us feel we were burdening him with some unwanted task by sometimes asking the same question that he may have already addressed or calling him when we didn’t understand something. He was very pleasant. Even after the closing he has kept in contact to make sure that everything was right and offered to help us. We remain very grateful and recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone.
