The HOA was a nightmare, the property had an assessment mid sale, a window actually was broken the same day as an open house, and Bri kept the train on the tracks. She even had a whole team of people who handled the staging, the cleaning, the showing prep, the move out cleaning, so that I really did not have to lift a finger. I would not have been able to pull off the sale without someone so resourceful and committed. Without her organization and resourcefulness, the deal would have gone sideways. If you have the chance to work with Bri, count yourself lucky - there are very few realtors who are as hardworking and caring, and most importantly, effective. In a market this difficult I would not be comfortable working with another realtor. This type of competence is rare and so valuable. Do yourself a favor.
