The HOA was a nightmare, the property had an assessment mid sale, a window actually was broken the same day as an open house, and Bri kept the train on the tracks. I had an offer in hand one day after listing. We closed the deal at an excellent price. Despite the cooling market I made a fantastic profit. I am so glad I found someone so committed to working through difficulties with speed. I have a very stressful job and could not deal every detail, surprise or logistic. I needed someone who could just HANDLE it. Bri was so helpful at organizing people and information, being efficient and concise so I could make decisions efficiently. She even had a whole team of people who handled the staging, the cleaning, the showing prep, the move out cleaning, so that I really did not have to lift a finger.
