Bri Healey delivered an excellent outcome for me, getting a top of range price while navigating a difficult sale with a difficult property. The HOA was a nightmare, the property had an assessment mid sale, a window actually was broken the same day as an open house, and Bri kept the train on the tracks. I had an offer in hand one day after listing. We closed the deal at an excellent price. Despite the cooling market I made a fantastic profit. I am so glad I found someone so committed to working through difficulties with speed. I have a very stressful job and could not deal every detail, surprise or logistic. I needed someone who could just HANDLE it. Bri was so helpful at organizing people and information, being efficient and concise so I could make decisions efficiently. She even had a whole team of people who handled the staging, the cleaning, the showing prep, the move out cleaning, so that I really did not have to lift a finger. I would not have been able to pull off the sale without someone so resourceful and committed. Without her organization and resourcefulness, the deal would have gone sideways. If you have the chance to work with Bri, count yourself lucky - there are very few realtors who are as hardworking and caring, and most importantly, effective. In a market this difficult I would not be comfortable working with another realtor. This type of competence is rare and so valuable. Do yourself a favor.
