Brianne was the ally I needed during my home search. As a first time home buyer, I was unsure of my priorities and how the process worked. After my father passed away I was made the personal representative of his estate and charged with selling his home. I felt overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. Thankfully I found Brianne! Brianne was more than incredible to work with from start to finish. I was worried that my partner and I were looking for a unicorn of a home on a limited budget in the most challenging housing market in the history of New Hampshire. We wanted to stay relatively close to the southern NH/Seacost area and average home prices had skyrocketed significantly. I heard horror stories of people placing multiple offers that were always rejected and house hunting for years. We almost skipped the open house for a beautiful Victorian Gothic New Englander, but we ultimately decided it would be a good experience regardless. We went-and fell head over heels in love. When I called Bri, I explained some of the challenges and without missing a beat, she said simply-“Let’s get you your house!!!” We had many unusual, stressful hoops to jump through due to our limited financing options to make it happen but Bri was SO efficient, helpful, and way far above and beyond any realtor I’ve ever worked with prior. Additionally, every professional referral she gave far surpassed expectations. We were able to close in 30 days, on the first house we put an offer on, for under $300k in Merrimac County. We did not compromise on any of our “must haves”, and in a time when many are hopeful to just get a starter home, we are starting out with our forever home. I would not hesitate to recommend Bri and her team to anyone looking for a realtor. Her communication skills were excellent, and she worked extremely hard for me and my family. She made the impossible possible for our family. We are SO happy to be living in our dream home-all because of Bri and her team.
