I'm Brian Watters, a Realtor with Realty Executives Platinum (DRE #01748905), and I've been selling real estate in the Antelope Valley since 2006. I've lived out here for more than 40 years. I'm based in Littlerock, and I've sold homes from Lancaster to Lake Los Angeles, Quartz Hill to Acton. I know this valley block by block: the good, the bad, and the stuff that never shows up in a listing. I'm not a high-volume, billboard-and-bus-bench agent, and I don't want to be. For about 15 years I worked two full-time jobs, driving a Coca-Cola route while closing real estate deals, and I put my kids through college doing it. Since 2021 I've driven for the studios as a Teamsters Local 399 member, with real estate running right alongside. So I know what real work looks like, and I know a hardworking family can't just make an extra $5,000 appear. Every dollar matters, and I treat your money like it does. Here's how I work: I tell you the whole cost, not the calculator version. The payment you see online is principal and interest. Then property taxes, insurance, HOA dues, and assessments show up. I walk you through all of it before you write an offer, because the number that matters is the one you can actually live with. A lender tells you the most you can spend. Only you know what you can sleep at night paying. I don't manufacture urgency. If the timing isn't right for you, I'll tell you, even if that means I wait to get paid. No fake countdown clocks, no pressure. I'd rather lose a deal than lose my integrity. And I'll be honest: anybody who says they don't care about closing deals is lying. I just won't close one on the back of a client. I answer my phone. I show up on time. I don't disappear after closing. If there's a problem in your deal, you'll hear about it from me first, early, while there's still time to fix it. I educate, then you decide. My job is to explain the process, answer the questions you haven't thought to ask yet, and protect you all the way through. You're the one who knows what's right for your family. I'm here to make sure you're making that call with the full picture. I help buyers, sellers, first-time buyers, and families handling a parent's or loved one's home. I work across the Antelope Valley and the wider high desert: Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, Littlerock and Pearblossom, Acton, Agua Dulce, Leona Valley, Rosamond, Tehachapi, California City, and out to the Kern River Valley. Outside of real estate, I'm a husband, a dad, and a grandfather. I run my business on the Golden Rule: treat people the way you'd want to be treated. Brian is the best real estate ever. He goes far beyond what you would expect.

Since my Wife was the one that picked Brian to represent us in selling our house, I did not know what to expect. After meeting Brian during which we signed for him to represent us, I was pleasantly surprised. He is energetic, intelligent and knows real estate. I was surprised when he said we should put the house on sale at a much higher price than I had thought that it was worth. And guess what we got what he had told us to list it for. After he was signed up, I could not believe all the extra things that Brian did for us to get the house ready for sale. He went above and beyond what I had expected from a real estate agent. A long time friend referred me to Brian back in Sept 2011

A long time friend referred me to Brian back in Sept 2011. We were first time home buyers and I have to tell you he was great with me and at that time 10 yr old son. He had a list of 20 plus homes for us to look at in 1 day, because I was in a hurry type situation to buy a home. He was so patient with us and really took the time to show us the majority of the homes on his list. Being a single mom, he was told by my friend and her husband to make sure he puts us in a safe neighborhood. I am very grateful for all that he did for us. I would definitely us him again when I am ready to buy my 2nd home.

Working with Mr

Working with Mr. Watters was great. He helped us buy our first home . He is very knowledgeable of the area, and most importantly he was very patient with us during this whole process.
