Besides the things you expect, professional demeanor, knowledge of the local real estate market, timely communication, Brian went way out of his way by doing a bunch of little things for me that I would have had to drive all the way into Michigan to take care of. He offered up his time repeatedly, cheerfully, and he wasn't making a lot on this sale. He has an extremely evolved sense of customer service. Again, I haven't had a better experience with an agent, and this my 7th real estate purchase.
