My experience with Brian as my agent was excellent. He displayed professional at all time. He worked extremely hard at the sale of my home in South Haven when the interest rates were high and the buyers had slowed down in purchasing homes. However, Brian's dedicated and knowledge of the markets were top notch. Brian also has a network relationships that had a big impact. Brian went far and beyond from a normal agent with his kindness, communication and knowledge. Not only did Brian sell my home, but he also found me a home because the buyers wanted a fast transaction and close date. Brian, also helped is so many other ways even in assisting me with moving. In the end Brian is a great agent and person. We have established a good friendship and I will definitely refer Brian to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home.

Out of all the house sales I have been involved in, this was probably the easiest. Brian was extremly responsive, he stayed in contact throughout the entire process. Very knowledgable on the area and pretty much was able to predict what the sales price would be. If you want a "no drama" sale, go with Brian.

It was a great pleasure working with Brian. We connected through Zillow, and since we were looking from out-of-town, he went through a number of places with us on video tours. When we suggested a place that was really not right for us, he was open and honest about what he saw there and why he thought we could do better. And we certainly did! We must have suggested a couple dozen places to try, but ultimately we bought a house that he found for us when it had only been on the market a few hours! We could not be happier with how the search and purchase went, and enjoyed every interaction with Brian.
Brian was friendly knowledgable, and persistent with our ever changing property search adventure. Brian kept his eyes open for the variety of property types that garnered our interest, and upon finding the near perfect option, he contacted us while we were on vacation, and we were able to start the purchase process almost immediately so that we didn't lose the opportunity.
