Low pressure, low stress!

I would recommend Brian to another seller or buyer in the Mac Groveland neighborhood

He helped us buy a house at a good price for us and sell a house at a great price for us. He helped us decide on what needed to be done on our house. He recommended a great inspector for both our TIHR and buy our new house. He could have a better list of go-to trades people to help get projects done quickly.

I wish everyone in America could have the personalized real estate buying and selling expertise, compassion, and dogged detail orientation that Brian brings to each opportunity. He was great when we, as out of towners, acquired our home in St. Paul. We asked him again to help us acquire a new townhouse in Northfield and sell our St. Paul home. He was there for us every step of the way with staging suggestions, offers to help move things temporarily to our garage, find resources for other needs, and so much more. Brian bills himself as an educator first before sales agent. I think that mentality is unique in the industry and provides just the right amount of reassurance that buyers and sellers need when moving through the intricacies of property transactions. Highly recommend to anyone in the greater Twin Cities of Minnesota area.
