After contacting Brian and telling him our needs, he responded very quickly with a number of listings for us to review. Once he understood what we were looking for in more detail, he very quickly narrowed the number of listings to a few and helped us review the pluses and minuses of each unit. After arriving at an acceptable price, he assisted us greatly in working with the condo association and other organizations involved in the purchase/sale. He arranged to represent us at the closing on our property, so that we did not have to come to Florida for that reason. Since the closing, he has been in touch a couple of times, offering to assist us if any help was needed. We were very comfortable in working with Brian and very confident in his abilities to assist us as needed.

We were in a desperate need to sell our home and not go into foreclosure. We met with Brian and discussed a short sale. The house was listed and we had several people look at our home. As we all know short sales take time since you have to negotiate with the banks to accept the offers at hand. Brian rose to the challenge and sold our home.
